John McCourt
As Frisk’s Chief Financial Officer, John McCourt is responsible for all aspects of financial management of the business including financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting and reporting.
With over 20 years’ experience as an accountant, John has significant experience in establishing and running businesses particularly through significant growth phases.
Prior to joining Frisk, John was a partner at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where he conceptualised, implemented and ran a new business unit within Deloitte which ultimately led to a successful transaction.
John is passionate about businesses that bring new ideas and offerings to the market and building value from that innovative approach. John is a fellow of CPA Australia, a Chartered Accountant, a fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and a registered tax agent. He is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Outside of work, John is married with 3 children. He enjoys travel and spending his weekends cheering on his kids in their various sports.
