I had an interesting question posed to me yesterday, asking how many people worked within Frisk and are they working at full capacity?
It was backed up by what plans we had for growth in the business and how we would manage that growth in terms of human resources?
Could we manage if our people were already at full capacity or would we have to bring on more people?
These questions all struck accord with the principles of how Frisk can introduce efficiencies to most businesses and potentially allow for growth without additional resources.
